A natural palette that feels timeless

Gurnaam chose a beautifully balanced palette of natural tones and luxurious finishes to bring this design to life. The walls are clad in porcelain tiles, offering a soft, limestone-effect backdrop that introduces a sense of calm and texture. Below the dado line, the striking veining of marble-effect porcelain tiles creates a bold contrast, injecting drama and timeless elegance into the space.

These surfaces are not only visually stunning but also highly practical for a family environment. Porcelain tiles offer easy maintenance, moisture resistance, and long-term durability - perfect for busy households.

A spacious walk-in shower designed for family living

At the heart of the room is a generously proportioned walk-in shower, designed with flexibility in mind. A bespoke shower door with Matte White fittings encloses the area, balancing openness with function.

For the shower system, Gurnaam selected the an overhead rain shower in a sophisticated Brushed Bronze finish. This dual system offers both an overhead rain experience and a convenient handheld option - ideal for busy mornings and relaxing evenings. Simple, intuitive controls ensure ease of use for all family members.

Practical additions like the recessed shelf within the shower space ensure functionality is never compromised.

Storage was a key consideration in this design. Gurnaam specified a bespoke double-drawer vanity unit in a sleek cappuccino finish, complete with push-to-open doors for seamless, handleless access. Integrated sockets within the drawers provide additional convenience, ensuring essential items remain tidy and easily accessible.

Topping the vanity is the elegant basin and worktop which enhances the room’s refined aesthetic. Paired with a single lever basin mixer in Brushed Bronze, this area perfectly balances style and practicality.

Ambient lighting that elevates the space

Lighting plays a vital role in the bathroom’s warm and welcoming atmosphere. Gurnaam designed a layered lighting scheme featuring LED tape lighting which provides a soft, ambient glow around the perimeter ceiling. Above the vanity unit, a ceiling pendant light in white adds a stylish focal point while delivering practical task lighting.

An adjustable mirror with integrated lighting and an anti-mist pad ensures functionality is paired with sleek design, ideal for morning routines.

Finishing touches

Consistency in the finishes was key to achieving the cohesive look of this bathroom. The Brushed Bronze theme runs through the paper holder, towel holder, and brush set, adding warmth and understated elegance throughout. The towel warmer, in matching cappuccino with modern gold angled valves and accessories, ensures fluffy towels are always within reach. A Bluetooth programmable thermostat allows for effortless control, maintaining comfort with ease.
