Face masks are my saviour. I slather them on and let them do their skin-reviving, radiance-boosting thing while I sleep off the day. My absolute favourite is Sisley Black Rose Mask. Whenever I get a clear evening that doesn’t involve some form of life admin once the kids are in bed, I remove all of the bath toys from the tub and run myself a hot bath laced with this magical oil. It feels totally luxurious to treat myself and my skin is subtly scented for hours afterwards.

This is my all time favourite scented candle, so much so that I am almost too scared to light mine for fear of it burning out. But when I close that bathroom door and light it, it signals that it’s ‘me’ time. Everything slows down a little and it really puts me into a calm space.
