How we work
At Ripples, we work slightly differently from others. Our talented bathroom designers try to get to know you first. They chat with you about what you like and what you don’t like. They go over your ideas, your torn out pages from magazines, your Pinterest boards - whatever it is that inspires you. Before we do anything, we find out exactly what you’re looking for and then we make sure as much of you goes into our ideas as possible…
Step 1 - The c
onsultation
Meet a Ripples designer at your nearest showroom to discuss your project. Using the showroom displays and our client portfolio, our designers will ensure they have an understanding of who will be using the bathroom, your preferred bathroom style, your key requirements and how much you are looking to invest in your project. The initial consultation is free of charge and usually takes around one hour per bathroom.
Step 2 - The home visit
Once the key details of your project have been agreed, a visit to your home, along with a follow-up presentation will be booked. During the home visit we will measure the existing room, taking care to note any factors that may influence the final design scheme such as lighting or water flow in and out of the room.
Step 3 - The design process
After the home visit our designers will review the options available for your bathroom project and research the best design solution to meet your brief. We will then consult with our technical team to check product compatibility with your existing water system and where necessary meet with the bathroom installer to ensure that any constraints within the property are overcome.
Step 4 - The design presentation
Shortly after visiting your home, we will invite you back to the showroom to present our plans for your new bathroom. The presentation will include: the original brief, a scaled drawing of the suggested design solution, a moodboard of the suggested design solution (including samples of tiles, furniture and finishes) a 3D perspective drawing of the design solution that captures the style, size, layout and overall artistic look of the bathroom and a detailed quotation.
Step 5 - Appointing Ripples
Once you are happy with our design solution proposal you can formally appoint us to carry out your bathroom project.
Step 6 - Installation pack & ongoing service
We want to make the redesign of your project as stress-free as possible, which is why you can be assured that we are only ever a telephone call away. Once the remaining balance on your bathroom has been paid, we will arrange the delivery of your products. Your designer will then liaise with the installer and a member of our team will visit during installation to ensure your dream bathroom is becoming a reality.
